Notice of Public Hearing
Notice Date: October 1, 2025
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on November 24, 2025, at 4:00 PM at the Authority’s Central Office at 447 Clayton Street to solicit public comment on various agency planning documents for the Commerce Housing Authority. The plans being reviewed are required to be prepared and presented for public comment by the U. S. Department of HUD under various programs. The Authority is seeking public comment on the following plans:
FY2026 Annual Agency Plan
FY2026 – FY2030 Capital Fund Program Five-Year Plan
FY2026 Capital Fund Program Annual Statement
The above plans will be available for review over the next 45 days at the Authority’s Central Office located at:
447 Clayton Street
Commerce, GA 30529
The plans are also available for review on the Authority’s website at www.commercehousing.org.
Comments may be submitted in person at the Public Hearing or in writing to the above address. Written comments will be received up to and through the Public Hearing.
